Sean\u2019s career spans nearly three decades \u2013 starting as a parts delivery driver in 1992 and working all the way up to his current position as Parts Manager of Sunrise Ford in Fontana, CA, the same dealership he\u2019s called home for the past 19 years.<\/p>\n<p>In that time he\u2019s seen how selling parts online has changed the game for parts departments, but the transition wasn\u2019t so smooth at Sunrise. \u201cWe\u2019ve been online for about five years,\u201d says Sean. \u201cBut the eCommerce company we were using was giving us so many issues we thought about dropping out altogether.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The main issue? Before their pricing problem, Sunrise was turning $30k a month in profits \u2013 but that number shrunk from all the hits the dealership had to absorb.<\/p>\n<p>Frustrated and desperate for answers, Sean wanted to uncover the secret behind his competitors\u2019 success.
