By selling parts through online channels such as eBay, Amazon, and his dealership\u2019s very own RevolutionParts web store, Gerardo has adapted to modern part shoppers.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to reaching customers, Gerardo is dedicated to making sure that when somebody searches for a part online, \u201cthey see we are in all of these channels and they can purchase from somebody they know and trust.\u201d He says it is very important to be present to all Toyota parts shoppers at all times. That\u2019s why he says, \u201cwe want to be where our guests are, so online parts sales was a no-brainer.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"color: #db3126; text-align: center;\">\u201cThe days of hoping that people will need a filter and walk through your door are over.\u201d<\/h5>\n<p>Parts customers nowadays are turning to the internet to research the parts they need before making a purchase. \u201cThe days of hoping that people will need a filter and walk through your door are over,\u201d Gerardo says. Making sure your parts are available online, \u201ccan drive them to make a purchase at the physical dealership, through the phones, or ultimately online,\u201d he continues.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"color: #db3126; text-align: center;\">\u201cWe have opened the dealership to new revenue opportunities by adding an online platform.\u201d<\/h5>\n<p>Building visibility online has helped Longo Toyota create new revenue channels to the dealership.
